At SOCCATOURS we offer an exciting and dynamic working environment for sports and especially football enthusiasts and travel experts. Our focus is on the organisation of training camps for football, swimming, tennis and athletics throughout Europe. Our work is characterised by varied tasks and the opportunity to support our customers at the highest level.
Fields of action:
- Customer support: We support our customers in all aspects of their training camp trips. This includes comprehensive advice, the preparation of offers, the organisation of the trips and the follow-up and invoicing.
- Destination acquisition and market preparation: We take on the acquisition of new destinations and develop existing and new markets. This includes business trips, price and contingent negotiations, co-operations with hotels and airlines as well as checking accommodation and training conditions on site.
- Data maintenance: We support the maintenance of products in our CRM system and on our websites to ensure that our customers always receive the most up-to-date information.
