The European Commission provides a platform for the online settlement of consumer disputes (ODR platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers. SOCCATOURS GmbH will not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG and is not obliged to do so.
