A day full of team spirit and success!
Last week, the SOCCA GROUP held its annual “Big Picture” event – an event that brings together all employees from our various countries and offices. This special event proved to be a complete success again this year and impressively demonstrated what is possible when we join forces.
The morning was characterised by inspiring presentations that offered a comprehensive review of the past year, highlighted our successes and clearly emphasised the company’s future goals and visions. It became clear once again that we have already achieved a great deal together and that there are still many exciting projects in the pipeline.
After a well-deserved lunch break, the team took centre stage: the first edition of the “SOCCA GROUP Games” continued in a playful manner. Small groups competed against each other in various disciplines and fought for the coveted winner’s trophy.
The day culminated at the Herbstfest Rosenheim, where everyone celebrated in an exuberant atmosphere – a perfect end to an all-round successful day.
Our Managing Director Marcus Häusler summarised the day aptly:

I am deeply impressed by the energy, commitment and passion shown by every single team member. I was particularly touched by the team spirit that accompanied us throughout the day – team spirit is not just a buzzword for us, it is at the heart of our culture.
