We offer a transparent remuneration model that takes your experience, skillset and expertise into account. You will also be rewarded for your length of service with an annual salary increase. Various bonus models are also available to you.

Extra holiday days

You have 28 days holiday per year. In addition, you will receive 2 days holiday per year for your own training camp or competition.

SOCCA Stories

Of course, we in the SOCCA GROUP team are often active and out and about in nature in our free time or at employee incentives. You will always find someone to cycle with you or plan your next mountain tour. Even when the weather is bad, there is no shortage of competitive sporting spirit.

Last year, the SOCCA League of Darts was launched. Darts is a great way to get together during the lunch break or after work. The dartboard in our headquarters, which was installed after the last remodelling, is used every day.

As a team, we enjoy travelling together, being active in sport and, above all, being successful together.
