About me

During my studies in Sports Management at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences in Salzgitter, I gained my first experience in event management and sports tourism during my internship.

I have been part of the SOCCATOURS family since 2009. Since then I have been living in Rosenheim, whose surroundings I have not only got to know but also learnt to love during this time. I try to explore the mountains as often as I can on my racing bike or hiking boots. My personal background is in swimming, which I still actively practise today. For this reason, I was responsible for the product and sales management of swimming training camps for the first few years.

For a few years, I then took over the management of the Travelling to Success department – the division that deals with training camps in swimming, athletics and tennis. This is where I gained my first experience of leading a team. In the following years, I expanded my area of responsibility in today’s SOCCA GROUP with further activities in the areas of finance and IT processes.

One of my greatest successes was the implementation and further development of the CRM software combit, which is now used by over 30 employees of the company on a daily basis. My many years of experience in operational sales and purchasing and the constant dialogue with my colleagues have given me the opportunity to adapt this application even further to the needs of our customers, suppliers and employees – a cornerstone for the realisation of our ambitious goals.

About my department

The SOCCA GROUP is an ambitious company that focuses on structured growth and plans very precisely – both at its headquarters in Rosenheim and at the six European SOCCATOURS locations. For this reason, it is essential to adapt processes and create uniform standards.

As Director Process Management, I record requirements from all areas of the company, bundle them and develop harmonised processes in order to use the company’s strength as efficiently and purposefully as possible.

My personal drive

Even after 15 years, I am confronted with new challenges almost every day. Decisions regarding technical, personnel and structural developments not only make my work varied and interesting, but also give me the unique opportunity to actively shape the development of the company as a member of top management.
