Our incentive in Ruhpolding
Last Saturday, our team experienced a special highlight: biathlon in Ruhpolding – in glorious sunshine! This special outing offered the perfect mix of sport, team spirit and an impressive backdrop.
In addition to our team from Rosenheim, there were also some special guests: our former colleague Lisa, our Austrian colleague Bettina as well as family and friends.
The atmosphere was great right from the start, but the highlight came when the German women’s relay team took victory. The jubilation knew no bounds when Stefanie Scherer, Selina Grotian, Sophia Schneider and Franziska Preuß secured first place with an outstanding performance. Congratulations to this impressive success!
Such experiences show us time and again how valuable joint activities are – not only to celebrate successes, but also to grow together as a team and strengthen friendships between colleagues. The biathlon day in Ruhpolding showed us once again how great our team spirit is – both in everyday working life and beyond.
We are already looking forward to the next team event.
