Because for us, standing still means going backwards
We recently held our second Country Management Day in Italy – the country with the highest number of group bookings this year. Our Country Manager Italy, Matteo Bianchini, welcomed Managing Director Marcus Häusler, Directors Sebastian Holzfurtner, Fabian Steinbauer, Justus Wenzel and Wolfgang Haslberger as well as all the Country Managers of our various target countries Jordi Segura A., Christoph Sautner, Dragan Kresic and Roman Šimek to Parc Hotels Italia in Castelnuovo del Garda for the first time.
During the two days at Lake Garda, the focus was not only on the annual reviews of the past winter season in each country, but also on intensive discussions about how we can further improve our products for the coming season and optimise our range. Of course, there was also plenty of socialising: the days ended in a relaxed atmosphere with pasta and wine.
