What makes us so successful? Quite simply: every single colleague loves what they do. And this is reflected in our performance. Today we would like to celebrate the latest successes of our Product and Sales Manager Swimming, Karina Sommer, and our Director Process, Justus Wenzel, with you.
Karina is not only driving the swimming training camp division at Travelling to Success, but is also a successful active swimmer and coach at SSG Neptun Germering. At this year’s German Masters Championships in Stuttgart, she achieved a place on the podium in all competitions, both individually and as part of a team. She won a total of four gold medals – two in the individual and two in the relay. She also secured three silver medals with the relay team. We are incredibly proud of you, Karina!
As process manager, Justus is responsible for optimising our work processes and further developing our in-house CRM software. At the 33rd German Masters Championships in lifeguarding, he competed for his club DLRG Weimar, which he has been a member of since 1995. In the individual competition – a multi-discipline event consisting of three disciplines – he came sixth. In the age group 100 relay, his team achieved the German runner-up title. Well done, Justus!
